Kevin Choksi
CEO and Co-Founder
As a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kevin Choksi is responsible for product strategy and setting the strategic direction for WorkForce Software. With more than 19 years experience in the workforce management field, Mr. Choksi has become known as a thought leader and visionary in the industry. He frequently speaks on trends and innovations in the workforce management space. Mr. Choksi holds an MBA and a BSE in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.

Michael Knister
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Mike Knister is responsible for managing the development and product planning for WorkForce Software’s workforce management software solution. Mr. Knister’s experience in software planning, development, and technical architecture is extensive. Mr. Knister has been an independent consultant for a number of high technology companies, including extensive experience in the workforce management industry. He holds an MSE in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.

Kathy Cannon
Vice President of Product Management and Co-Founder
An industry veteran with more than 20 years experience, Ms. Kathy Cannon is responsible for developing an innovative product plan that meets current and future industry demands. For nearly ten years, Ms. Cannon led the implementation and product planning teams at WorkForce Software, where she worked with customers on a daily basis and guided them in implementing an effective workforce management solution. In her role as Vice President of Product Management, Ms. Cannon leads a team that focuses on bringing product innovations to our customers and the market. Ms. Cannon holds a MIS degree from Old Dominion University.

Dave Hawkins
Chief Financial Officer
As WorkForce Software’s Chief Financial Officer, Dave Hawkins oversees all finance and accounting functions for the company. Mr. Hawkins brings more than 20 years’ experience leading financial teams in technology businesses, most recently as CFO of cloud-based software firm EJustice Solutions, LLC. His areas of expertise include financial modeling, strategic planning, and navigating the unique opportunities available to high growth organizations. Mr. Hawkins holds an MA and a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Michael Anderson
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Michael Anderson brings nearly two decades of sales leadership expertise to his role at WorkForce Software. With a deep background in enterprise workforce management and human capital management, Anderson is consistently recognized for his ability to dramatically increase pipeline and effectively lead professional enterprise sales teams to meet and exceed quota. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Anderson held senior sales roles at Simplex, Advanced Systems International, Workbrain/Infor and RedPrairie Corporation. He holds a B.S. / B.A. in Business Administration from East Carolina University, with a triple concentration in marketing, management and finance.

Paul Ulyett
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Paul Ulyett is a senior software executive with 20+ years in the industry. He has worked for a wide range of organizations from early stage companies to Fortune 100 brands including Oracle and Cognos where his responsibilities included leading their Western US sales operations; he also held a variety of sales leadership positions for the company in Europe. Paul is currently Vice President of Sales for the Western Region.

Travis Burke
Vice President of Global Alliances
As Vice President of Global Alliances, Mr. Travis Burke is responsible for strategic relationships within the HCM community, including global channel and implementation partnerships. Mr. Burke brings over 10 years of Enterprise Human Capital Management experience working with, and selling to, industry-leading organizations. Most recently, Mr. Burke held the position of Canadian Sales Manager, where he was responsible for the successful growth of the WorkForce Software brand in the Canadian marketplace through team management, direct sales contribution and day-to-day interactions with strategic partners.

Carl Herzog
Vice President of Corporate Development
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Carl Herzog is responsible for strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth, including identifying new markets, business opportunities and strategic relationships. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Herzog has a proven record of increasing revenue growth through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Most recently, Mr. Herzog was with Hewitt Associates, a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm, where he held positions for 9 years as a business leader and corporate development executive. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.

Marc Moschetto
Vice President of Marketing
Bringing over 16 years of technology marketing experience to his role at WorkForce Software, Marc Moschetto serves as the company’s Vice President of Marketing. He is responsible for defining WorkForce Software’s marketing strategy, as well as leading the team executing against that strategy. He has delivered his insights on technology and business needs, outsourced employee benefits administration, and workforce management in articles in various publications, Webcast presentations, blogs and social networking sites as well as traditional seminars and presentations. Previously, he was the director of industry marketing and corporate communications at Workscape and has held senior marketing roles at human capital management providers Infor/Workbrain and SmartTime.

Ken Olson
Vice President of Software Development
Mr. Ken Olson serves as the company’s Vice President of Software Development. With nearly 20 years experience managing all aspects of software development, Mr. Olson is responsible for leading the development and release of WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter workforce management solution. He works closely with the product management team to plan and establish product goals and development strategies to ensure our clients receive the highly scalable and flexible software they demand and deserve. Mr. Olson previously held executive positions at Macrovision Corporation and Proquest Information and Learning. He holds a BSE in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.

Eileen Barkatt
Director of Professional Services
Ms. Eileen Barkatt is responsible for organizational oversight of professional services, customer support, and customer education at WorkForce Software. With nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Ms. Barkatt has the expertise and background to provide customers with the consultation necessary to implement and maintain an effective workforce management solution. She is responsible for conducting customer consultations, managing the service teams, including project managers, trainers, technical support, and installation specialists. Ms. Barkatt has held executive and management positions at EDS and EMC2. She has extensive experience building successful delivery organizations by developing and utilizing best practices, methodologies, and common process tools.

Mike Muha
Director of Hosting & Information Services
Mr. Mike Muha has 20 years experience managing large-scale clusters of servers supporting web-based subscription applications in high-growth environments. Mr. Muha is responsible for EmpCenter Delivered, WorkForce Software‘s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. In addition, Mr. Muha manages a team of system administrators responsible for building and maintaining a wide variety of systems for internal operations and customer support. He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Michigan.

Paul Kramer
Director of Compliance
Mr. Paul Kramer, an attorney-at-law, is WorkForce Software’s Director of Compliance. Mr. Kramer is responsible for researching and staying abreast of labor laws that affect our clients, ensuring compliance is embedded in EmpCenter® products, and working with clients on compliance audits in the areas of the FLSA, FMLA, and other wage/hour and absence laws. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Mr. Kramer was a private attorney for over two decades and has represented employers nationally in employment and labor law matters.
